Kelley Women's Leadership Institute Application

The Kelley Women's Leadership Institute introduces high school students to the college experience and business career opportunities. We invite high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors to apply for this prestigious program, focusing on women in business.

While at IU, students

Participate in workshops with top Kelley School of Business faculty

Connect with like-minded women interested in business

This program allows students to join us for a unique immersion experience designed to educate and inspire. This program focuses on the experience and leadership of women in business. Participants will build upon their talents in critical analysis, presentation, implementation, and other business skill sets.

The Kelley Women's Leadership Institute is a selective program, and seats are limited. In-person events consist of a one-day program hosted in Hodge Hall, while virtual events are spread over a few days. Both options allow participants to engage with faculty, staff, and students, all while building community with other peers interested in pursuing careers in business.

Attendees are also invited to participate in an optional IU campus tour to learn more about the opportunities beyond Kelley at IU Bloomington.

Space is limited for this program. Applicants must have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.5 or higher at the time of application submission.
